The MCi Series provides high quality compressed air continuously around the clock at pressures of 8, 10 or 13 Bar.

These heavy-duty MCi compressors are at home in heavy industrial applications where a reliable continuous supply of compressed air is required in the popular 30 and 37 kW power range.

Modern in design, low in maintenance, quiet in operation, they are easy to install and designed to run on a flat floor without the need to bolt them down.

They are available with or without an integrated air dryer that may be piped before or after an air receiver.

They have a proven reputation for providing low cost compressed air wherever they are used.

  • a “user-friendly” digital controller to oversee the compressor’s performance and to monitor the condition of all critical systems during operation thus ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times. it also alerts the user when planned service is due.
  • the controller has an optional feature that allows the easy control of two machines should they need to operate intelligently together.
  • at the heart of the MCi is the integrated air end designed and manufactured “in house” by Fini where the entire process is quality controlled throughout its production. included in the air end package are the compression elements, the separator tank and spin on oil/air separator cartridge, the inlet regulator, the oil filter, the thermostatic oil control valve and the minimum pressure valve.
  • by integrating all these functions into one package, assembly time is reduced, many pipe connections are eliminated removing potential leak points and efficiency is increased by reducing friction as distances between components is short.
  • a generously sized oil cooler and after cooler ensure optimum
    operating temperatures and low discharge air temperatures in hot conditions even when the coolers start to foul.
  • the efficient, reliable transmission of power is achieved using high quality long life SPAX belts and dynamically balanced steel pulleys that eliminate vibrations and further extend belt life. an effective automatic belt tensioner eliminates the need for regular checking and re-tensioning of the belts.
  • a spin on oil/air separator, a conveniently positioned oil filter and an easy to change air intake filter element make in house routine servicing by unskilled people practical and inexpensive.
  • the compressor is delivered filled with RotEnergy synthetic oil that provides longer intervals between oil changes, rapid water separation, low foaming properties, excellent sealing between the rotors and the casing and superior rust and corrosion protection.
  • respected, internationally recognised brands have been carefully chosen for all peripheral components including the electric motor, contactors and all instrumentation.
