The Cube SD range of rotary screw compressors with its pleasing appearance is a modern state of the art compressor from the respected Fini stable. Traditional piston compressor users now have the option of rotary screw technology in the 4.0 to 7.5 kW power range particularly where a continuous supply of quality compressed air is a requirement.
These quiet, compact, heavy duty, direct driven, industrial compressed air packages enable the smaller users of compressed air to enjoy all the advantages of a directly driven screw compressor previously only available to much larger users.

These compact, reliable, heavy-duty air compressors are available with or without an integrated air dryer and are offered as receiver mounted or floor mounted packages. They are a most popular choice where a continuous supply of compressed air at pressures up to 10 Bar in demanding applications is required.

Designed to the highest international standards they incorporate many

safe reliable operation is made easy by a “user-friendly”, intelligent electronic controller that monitors motor amperage, correct motor rotation, operating temperature, discharge pressure. should any of these conditions be outside the prescribed safe operating parameters the compressor will not operate.
the controller displays the compressors run hours, on load hours and operating temperature both of which determine when routine maintenance is required. the stop and start functions are also controlled either manually or automatically via this controller with the load and unload status and system pressure displayed on the screen.
the air end is designed and manufactured “in house” by Fini where the entire process is quality controlled throughout its production.
the flanged air end is bolted to the electric motor and driven coaxially directly by the motor eliminating belt losses, radial loads and the need for belt tensioning devices. this drive has been patented by Fini.
extra cooling capacity using a thermostatically controlled fan ensures that the compressor runs within the optimal temperature
parameters in hot conditions even when the coolers start to fowl. the axial fan is controlled by the intelligent controller.
a reliable, simple intake regulator allows no load operation without stopping the electric motor as well as stop/start control where the electric motor is stopped or started dependant on air demand.
a spin on oil/air separator as well as an easy to change air intake filter and oil filter element make in house servicing by unskilled people practical and inexpensive.
the compressor is delivered filled with RotEnergy synthetic oil that provides longer intervals between oil changes, rapid water separation, the best bearing lubrication , lower friction between moving parts, low foaming properties, excellent sealing between the rotors and the casing and superior rust and corrosion protection.
respected, internationally recognised brands have been carefully chosen for all peripheral components including the electric motor, contactors and all instrumentation.
a variable speed option to optimize performance and conserve energy in some applications is available.
