The BSC Series provide a continuous supply of quality compressed air round the clock at pressures of 8, 10 or 13 Bar in the power range of 7.5 to 15 kW.
These compact, heavy-duty air compressors are the popular choice for small and medium enterprises needing a continuous, reliable source of compressed air without interruption.
They are available with or without an integrated air dryer and are offered as receiver mounted or floor mounted packages.

safe reliable operation is made easy by a “user-friendly”, intelligent digital controller that monitors motor amperage, correct motor rotation, operating temperature, discharge pressure. should any of these conditions be outside the prescribed safe operating parameters the compressor will not run.
the controller displays the compressors run hours and operating temperature both of which determine when routine maintenance is required. the stop and start functions are also controlled either manually or automatically via this controller with the load and unload status and system pressure displayed on the screen.
the air end is designed and manufactured “in house” by Fini where the entire process is quality controlled throughout its production.
extra cooling capacity using a thermostatically controlled centrifugal fan ensures that the compressor runs quietly within the optimal temperature parameters in hot conditions even when the coolers start to fowl. the fan is controlled by the intelligent controller.
the efficient, reliable transmission of power is achieved using a high quality poly-vee belt with the mounting plate longitudinally strengthened to prevent distortion. adjustments are infrequent and easy to make.
a reliable, simple intake regulator allows both no load operation without stopping the electric motor as well as stop/start control where the electric motor is stopped or started dependant on air demand.
and oil/air separator as well as an easy to change air intake filter element make in house servicing by unskilled people practical and inexpensive. A hinged top panel and easily removable side panels give quick and adequate access to the parts requiring service and cleaning.
the compressor is delivered filled with RotEnergy synthetic oil that provides longer intervals between oil changes, rapid water separation, the best bearing lubrication , lower friction between moving parts, low foaming properties, excellent sealing between the rotors and the casing and superior rust and corrosion protection.
the design is well suited for easy energy / heat recovery.
respected, internationally recognised brands have been carefully chosen for all peripheral components including the electric motor, contactors and all instrumentation.
a variable speed option to optimize performance and conserve energy in some applications is available.
